Most of the Q4 numbers are in.  The prediction is that we will see a rise in Foreclosures before the numbers start to decrease.  What are the numbers in your area?

Stockton, CA sold almost half the # of homes as the entire San Joaquin County.  Tracy, CA came in second.  San Joaquin County has experienced a population boom in the past decade. Stockton is housing the largest number of that boom.  This boom is mainly because of the high cost of living in the SF Bay Area.  Stockton is 80 miles from San Francisco.

Increase in Defaults were recorded in 42 of the 58 counties in California

Defaults were the highest in 2007 than it has been since 1992

Numbers are figured up to December 27, 2007
