American Home Shield is a well known home warranty company.  But did you also know they have a section on their website specifically for agents to market to buyers and sellers as well as things to help market your listings?

You don't have to purchase a warranty through them in order to use these freebies.  They are for all agents!!

Go to OnMark Pro and create an account.  It's FREE!  Once you create an account you can get...

  • Monthly newsletters to send to your customers
  • Anniversary postcards
  • Birthday postcards
  • Recipes
  • Referral postcards
  • Holiday postcards
  • Farming postcards
  • Calendar
  • Listing postcards
  • Listing materials
  • Open house materials
  • Checklists
  • Home tips
  • Seasonal postcards

Some of the items you might find useful, and some you may not.  But go check them out.  I like the checklists they have!

These items are free for you to use.  You can add your photo and contact info to all of them.  Customize them with your info and then use them on your website, or print them off and mail them to your customers.

Becky - this is awesome!  I purchase a Warranty for each of my new buyers - I had no idea that they offered these additional services!  Thanks so much for bringing these up!

Sounds like some great added value Becky. I always purchase a 1 year AHS home warranty for my buyers (if the sellers don't).  I feel it is a small porice to pay to insure that my clients will be well taken care of.

Hello Becky!

AHS is the BEST!

They are now the preferred Home Warranty Company for Coldwell Banker Residential in San Diego County!

They really do SERVICE the Realtors!

I was asked to be the only Realtor at a Business Fair for Senior Adults in my community and My AHS Rep was able to get me the cutest keychains with houses that lit up to help the Seniors shine light on the keyhole when unlocking a door!

They were the biggest hit of all the giveaways!

AHS is wonderful!

First American Home Warranty offers a similar package.  Also, if you ask your rep. they will give you coupons for $$$ off a home warranty.  I also buy them for my clients and with the coupons, the warranty is only $285 for me.

Great post. Thanks. It is kind of like the Lowes Realtor Benefits site. Do you know of any others? I love how you can specialize the marketing materials with your picture and logo.

Homeowner

AHS may provide great services for agents, however my experience as a homeonwner has been terrible.  I have been without air conditioning for over a month and they still haven't even ordered the right part for my unit.  They provided two bad contractors, required the wrong fix because they thought it would be more cost effective (which caused the unit to die again within two days) and ordered the wrong part.  Even though they have made these mistakes (and many more I haven't mentioned), they are only willing to offer me a $60 reimbursement if I buy a fan.  I live in a 3 story home in an area where the average high has been around 92 degrees with around 40% humidity.  A fan isn't going to cut it.  Moving into a house should be an exciting time for me and my two sons (ages 3 and 7).  Instead, this has been an awful experience.

I know AHS is the preferred provider for Coldwell.  However, if they provide poor service, this will reflect poorly on the person that recommends using them.

So all we have to do is print them out right?  I'm going to have to look a little closer, thanks for the tip!

Any one know if they pay an admin fee to Realtors for filling out the application?
