10 Comments on Saturday's Photo...Cool Moon Rising...
Tony, this is one of my fondest memories of Utah..the burnished colors that arise in the craggy stonework of the land. Great colors in contrast to the sky and the white white moon--really enjoyed the "pop" of colors in this shot!
Tony, it is a stunning shot...both hot and cool at the same time. Also, thanks for putting CCR in my head for the next few days. That's okay though, they were the first performers at my very first concert ever in the 70s. Good times.
Good afternoon Tony. I have never seen the mountains out west so I love seeing all the pics my fellow Rainers share. Good play on the song title.
Tony - Wish I could see that moon by me... too many clouds with the storm approaching. Love this shot btw
Tony, very cool photo and not something that we see over here in south florida!
Good evening friends.
I love that photo.
Amazing colors. It should be framed.
Tony Who said you need leaves for color - this is a spectacular shot
That's a neat photo, Tony and Darcy! The time of the day is likely accentuating the vivid red color of the mountains too.
Love the raw color and barreness of this photo Tony.
Gayle, Thank you, we do have scenery like this in abundance.
Mona, Thanks for stopping by, this is one of the bands that I would have liked to have seen. I have always liked their music.
Randy, Thank you! The song actually popped into my head as I was taking the shot.
Lisa & Rob, I hope and pray that you are doing well!
Mark, True, but we don't have the beach!
Joshua, Thanks for stopping by!
Karen, Thank you!
Myrl, It was definately accentuated by the setting sun's golden light.
Steve, Thank you!
