10 Comments on Naked Guys Caused My Most Outrageous Real Estate Story
Nuts! I thought I'd seen it all but this one has to take the cake....
What a fun story. I'm sure it might not have been so fun at the time...unless they were cute. Anyway, here in San Francisco, that has not happened yet although I would expect it much sooner than in Long Island.
Good morning Beth. Wow....now that's a story. I'm glad you made the sale and can laugh about it now but I am sure it was traumatizing at the time.
Not sure I could have handled that scene, obviously it did not bother the guy who bought it.
I think you are correct about "if it happened today" there may be a lot of people wanting to see the listing... LOL
Trust me it was memorable... I mean it's over 30 years and I can still see those guys dancing around clear as day.... LOL
Naked people in a listing are bad enough. Can't imagine anyone in that state would feel that getting into a physical altercation was a good idea. You'd think they'd feel a bit vulnerable.
Physical altercations, naked people would be too much for me to handle.
That is unbelievable. It is one thing for them to act in a socially unacceptable, but passive agressive way, but that they assaulted you was way past okay. Did you press charges?
Richard and Beth- it's one thing to accidentally walk into a house and surprise the owner who is naked, but it's another thing to end up dancing with them! Wonder what we'd do if it happened today!
