What would you be happy getting the property for?   I say that with a little glint in my eye and smirk on my face...you know why, right?  There will be multiple offers on most homes offered for sale right now, especially if they show well, and you can gain access to view their interiors, coupled with a fair asking price and VOILA!  MULTIPLE OFFERS!

 

The reason it's important to not get caught up in the bidding wars in this:  What if the Sellers accept your offer?  Will you be happy with what you had to offer to get the property?  

If not, then my suggestion is to review what offer price you're going with and if it's not enough, be and feel satisfied that you didn't want it for the price you may have had to pay to get it.
