My Client Made Gumbo For Me Tonight!
Let's get the bad news out of the way first. I was up at the office tonight at 7pm working on a file. No fun, especially on a Sunday night. Just when I was ready to start a self-pity party my phone rang.
Hey Doug, We saw your office light on. Come over and get some fresh gumbo. Thanks to their good nature, a day that should have ended with paperwork concluded with fresh gumbo.
Like most agents, sometimes I get too caught up in the negative. Instead of celebrating my many awesome clients I let my thoughts wander to the one pain in the backside.
On this day I am thankful that the majority of my clients are pretty cool people. And in these times that is a blessing!
