As Hurricane Sandy approaches it is important that we have easy access to emergency information and numbers.


Utility Numbers

Gas - Washington Gas - 703-750-1000

Never touch fallen wires and be careful when walking, especially at night, so that you do not step in puddles that may have fallen wires in them.

 

PG County residents can register to receive notifications from the county by texting  411912.

 

Remember to call 911 only for true emergencies, for all non emergency and informational calls dial 311.

 

You can also stay current with emergency information by downloading the WTOP app on your I-phone or Android.  You can also listen live to WTOP from your phone by dialing 202-380-9977.
