With the dollar weaker, and interest rates lower, what does that mean for new housing in the Greater Columbia AREA?
IN general, Columbia, specifically Lexington County, new home growth is booming. There are some great new neighborhoods by the big guys, such as Beazer, KB, and D.R. Horton.
I am really excited about the new guys on the scene. There are some great neighborhoods out there.
Besides new homes, I have seen a tremendous pick up in existing home sales. Many new clients looking for homes since January first, as well as some of my older listings picking up looks.
