Wow. I'm not a wine drinker, but can just imagine the peace of being surrounded by all of the vinyards. Just lovely!!
Good to hear from you, Joni...this is an opportunity, for sure!
Li-Very impressive, I never would have guessed that grapes would grow in the region, but as you said it's a "micro climate" and its at the same latitude as the Loire Valley. Great looking setting and production facility.
This is indeed impressive. I would also have never guessed grapes would grow up there!
Joni, this is a very interesting one...they only make wine out of their own grapes...do not bring in grapes from other areas...the French "terroir" thing.
Hi, Adrian...I often think our strip of microclimate is a lot like the Willamette Valley in Oregon...and they put out stellar wines.
Hello, there, Barbara-Jo...appreciated hearing from you. We are a lovely anomaly, here, and it's like a blip in the middle of all the other Pacific Northwest Coast patterns. The San Juans are very similar.
Li - what an idyllic setting and a wonderful opportunity for a very fortunate home buyer.
Michael, this really is a super opportunity...referrals welcome, remember! Lots of U.S. owners, here.
