Shoreline’s real estate inventory down sales up

Closed sales for new and existing homes in Shoreline rose 21.6% from annual closed sales figures taken in September comparing them to annual totals from a year earlier. 2011 had 166 closed sales compared to 212 pending sales in 2012 from January to September*.

The number of homes for sale in Shoreline in down compared to 2011  

The total number of active new and existing homes listings for sale in Shoreline in September 2012 were 43 compared to 65 a year earlier*.

Perhaps the real market indicator through September 2012 was the number of pending home sales in Shoreline. 163 pending sales through September 2011 compared to 260 for the same period in 2012*

*All statistics were from the NWMLS website using the following parameters. Area 715-720 city=Shoreline for a three year period.
