JUST in time for Halloween - we decided to suck some blood out of innocent "Victims".

Last Friday, our local Board (WBOR - Wiregrass Board of Realtors) had our Annual Blood Drive. Last year, we had 57 donors and one bus. Since we turned away a lot of people on tight schedules, we had them bring two busses this year. Next year, it will be THREE. We had to turn away several during their lunch breaks, but still got blood from 67 donors.

Thank ALL of you for your comments! Yes, it IS a very worthy cause. I worked at the drive for a little while last year. Even tho I was an Army Medic and saw plenty of blood without bothering me (well, some), the thought of my OWN blood .....nahhhhhh. FINALLY worked up the courage and WILL be a regular from now own!!!
