I feel like a terrible friend! Sorry I've not been in touch lately! I've been so busy lately. You'll never believe it--I've been chubby for SO long I took your advice and finally got into shape without ever hitting the gym! I wish I'd learned about this sooner. I saw it on tv, so it must work pretty well! I was skeptical, too, but check it out for yourself. Okay, gotta run! See you soon!
