The Hastings Ranch area in Northeast Pasadena is primarily known for its ranch style homes built in the 1950s. Along Cliff Drive and Hastings Ranch Road you will find some garden condominiums in various complexes, originally built as apartments, from the mid 1950s to the early 1960s. Located just north of the 210/Foothill Freeway and convenient to the Gold Line station at Sierra Madre Villa.

In 2011, there were only two sales, both at $270,000.
