| Welcome to Orfordville where you will find friendly people in a growing community with a small town atmosphere. Orfordville is a pleasant village of 1256 people who take pride in their community. You will find affordable housing that is conveniently located close to Beloit, Janesville, Madison, and Monroe. Whether you are retired, or raising a family, Orfordville is a great community to live. The Village of Orfordville is very proud of Countryview Estates, the newest residential subdivision in the village. Countryview Estates features custom homes with gorgeous views in every direction, it has that "country feel" yet offers city amenities like city water and sewer, curb and gutter, and decorative street lighting. When completed, there will be 150 homes sprawled over 80 acres, all within walking distance to the schools and parks. The Village of Orfordville also offers a recently developed Industrial/Business Park that allows industrial and commercial use. A unique incentive program was designed by the village that can provide the land at no cost. The Industrial/Business Park is located at the junction of U.S. Highway 11 and State Highway 213, in the southwest corner of Rock County Wisconsin.
