Post Tropical Storm Sandy Special

My heart goes out to the many people who have suffered loss because of the severe wind, rain, and tidal surges of hurricane Sandy which ravaged the Northeast United States.

I wish you the speediest of recoveries and hope that your damages were kept to a minimum.

If you try to reach me in the next few days, I may be slow responding as I help others to get back to normal.

However, fortunately, the property shown below escaped the storm unscathed and now is dropping the price from its original price of $225,000 to a very affordable $175,000.

Stefanie,

This property was fortunate.

Maryland was hit in a variety of ways.

Wind and high tides hit the coastal region, heavy rain and wind drenched the central region, and nearly 2 feet of snow covered the mountainous western regions.

But Maryland got no where near the damage that was caused by the storm in New Jersey and New York.

Rebecca,

I did not want to sound cold, because there are many people who are suffering and who need assistance, but at the same time we do want to get back to normal.

I am glad that the people of this house made it through without problems.
