STOP !! When Traffic Lights Are Out...Treat Like a Four Way Stop Sign.

The Baltimore area along with the entire east coast has felt the effects of Sandy.

There are power outages in our neighborhoods and of our traffic signals.

Do you know the procedure when approaching a traffic light that is out?

Stop Lights

When approaching a non working traffic light..treat the intersection as though there was a 4 Way Stop Sign!

You Must STOP!!

I know you all knew this but please pass the word.

Good reminder for all of us as we approach traffic lights that are not working. It is a good idea to assume that many will not follow the rules. We will be seeing vehicles that fail to stop as the drivers are busy on their cell phones or distracted by children in the car,
