67 Comments on How I am going to take on the 30 day challenge...
Nice post and I truly think market reports certainly get the public's attention (and help us stand out as the local expert).
Thanks everybody! While my market reports aren't as good as others, they do help. Good luck on the challenge! I'm out to write an offer but will post my first blog (Yup. A market report!) later today!
Jared, looks like you've got a great plan to keep you going for the next thirty days. Good luck!
Jared and Amanda:
Writing localism posts which are read by your local community is the best way to get the phone to ring. I write a lot of localism posts, so I think this challenge is will be easy for me.
I love the idea of what you can purchase in a certain price range.
These are some great tips for what you're trying to accomplish. Good luck- Thank you for sharing!
I think you are right on! Getting business is the point, after all. I only do challenges that help me with that, and blogging every day drives my website visits waaaaaaay up, so here I go too!
I am trying to see if I can do it for the first time. The latest idea I had about getting ideas for blogs was to go to the local newspaper online and get ideas and to go to my hometown web site Jacksonville Beach, FL. http://jacksonvillebeach.com
OK, I'll have to sharpen my bloggin pencils and get started. Got to check my list of blogging ideas. Good graphic, by the way.
Great job, keep it going! Your new posts will help you out immensely with Google searches too!
Good luck with the challenge, Jared and Amanda. I, too, am going to accept the challenge - and have 9 topics already on my list.....
I decided not to take the challenge. Sometimes life gets in the way-- like when an elderly parent with a broken neck takes one's total attention.
Thank you for all of the comments. I didn't realize this post would get this much attention, but I'm glad it did. See you all (or most of you) at the finish line!
I too intend to do the challenge. And here I am at 9pm "with nothing to say." :) I have a few ideas. Nothing in blog form yet. I had thought that draft mode would be my best friend. When inspiration strikes write a bunch of blogs and hold them until I have writers block. Thanks for the ideas on what to post. I do my market reports every month. They're not 30 though. So I will have to look at your blog and get some more ideas. Thanks!
Now you can see what a newspaper coluimnist has to go through to put an article out everyday. It's pretty difficult.
You've mastered watching football and doing market reports? Now that's talent! I figured this challenge would be a good way to get in the habit of blogging. Thanks for the encouragement!
I am skipping the 30 day challenge this time, but I am planning on trying to do one soon.
Great ideas, especially since we all come from differnt and varying markets. This could be used by anyone wanting to raise their number of blogs.
