Beyond the Yellow Ribbon - Great News for Kids of Military Families

Keep up the great work on the military information.  This is needed by them and us.

Hi Suzanne - This is a great program - we always need to be thankful for those who give so much to protect us - helping their kids is a great way to do it.

Happy to see this.  Wish they had offered something of the sort to our kids after Desert Storm.

By the way, I did get a phone call from Aveda yesterday, from Brian who is one of the supervisors. I explained everything and described the final instructor who told me that was as good as they could get it. I also told him how she stood in a corner chatting with others most of the time I saw her on the floor. He was not happy.

I was told he would take to his supervisor about refunding me at least part of my money since my hair was already repaired at Penney's. He is going to call me back today.

Thank you for your comments. I appreciate it. I had also expected more from Aveda! That was the only reason I was willing to go to a teaching school, because it has the Aveda name on it. What a disappointment.

These programs are for all military families, aren't they, Suzanne.  I need clarification.

I love that you keep bringing us updates on this program. Our servicemen and women deserve so much for all their efforts. It takes a special kind of person to serve our country the way they do.
