Gmail's Advanced Email Searching Tool -- Saves The Hassle

By
Real Estate Agent with Fill-In-The-Blanks PDF Flyer Templates www.TurnKeyFlyers.com

Are you a Gmail power-user? If yourself searching through your emails or looking up attachments often?  I recently started using Gmail's Advanced Email Search tool; and boy let me tell you how much easier it's made my life!

I used to simply type in a few keyword in the search bar, then cycle through the hundreds of email just to get to the one that has that listing doc, inspection report, orreal estate flyer attached. But if you notice now, the search bar has a tiny drop down arrow. Click this, and BAM, your email is your oyster!

Now, you can add more search criteria to narrow your search results, ie: to:, from: subject, etc..., which will make finding things much, much, much easier! And, if you're anything like me, you'll find the "has attachment" button super helpful!

I hope this helps!

Ruben,  I have too many emails in my gmail and finding things makes me crazy.  I'm going to try that drop-down menu and see if it saves me some hair pulling!  Thanks!

Town or Country, in Colorado, we do it all.

Gmail has been good for us, I really drug my feet getting away from outlook.  We just started using Google Drive and that is working well also as I can share docs easily with my team.

Raymond -- good moring! Thanks!

Frank -- Integrating into a new system takes time, but let me tell you, having an internet based email system is 10000% better than destop apps. Access to information is the name of the game!

Richard -- now that Google's incorporating many cloud based features like drive (originally docs) it's become more and more of a vital asset.
