VANCOUVER, WA (October 30nd, 2012) – Vancouver WA real estate broker and new author, Julie Baldino, shares her vast experience in the Pacific Northwest real estate market in a newly published book titled, “Sell Your House Fast for the Right Price.” Baldino draws from 11 years experience and hundreds of successful real estate transactions; including tripling her business in a down economy and even opening her own brokerage, Front Door Realty, in 2011.
“There are so many factors that go into a successful and trouble-free sale. Sellers need to have the right mindset, understand the way buyers think, and be educated on the current state of the market in their zip code,” says Baldino. “There is far too much emphasis placed on the tales of woe in the national news, and not enough information on how to combat that negativity to get your house sold despite the recession.” Baldino goes on to say, “your sale is only as successful as the effort you put into it and the agent you select to assist you.”
The book is a collaborative effort of 20 successful agents from all parts of the country, each sharing their own wisdom and insight on what is takes to sell in today’s market. Collectively, the authors have sold over 11,500 homes in many different parts of North America — in good times and bad — making the advice invaluable to sellers. The book is written in an easy to understand, story format. Chapters and topics range from pricing strategies, to staging and unsellable homes.
