Wells Fargo, You Just Do Not Care About Your Clients

(Note: if you are doing a short sale with Wells Fargo...be forewarned-they have a few really wonderful negotiators, but the processors that run interference are completely inept and keep files from getting to the negotiators - even with the equator system and escalation, we learned today that our offer never got to a negotiator.)

Wells Fargo, please don't tell me you want to help homeowners.

When you hire people like Wanda Strickland, you definitely do not care about your clients in tough situations.

Today Wanda closed our short sale file. We have escalated this file three times over the last two months.

We called the executive offices.

What a joke.

I'm not even sure what piece of paper she says is "missing" since we NEVER get calls back from her, and no one else was ever able to tell what the heck she was looking for.

And now that she has done a "hard shutdown" on the file, no one else can tell what we have uploaded or specifically what she was looking for.

Here's my final email to her today:

"Wanda,
You are possibly the worst processor I have ever worked with.
I cannot believe you closed this file without notice.
We have supplied EVERYTHING you have asked for in a timely fashion.
We have escalated the file three times over the last two months, and it did absolutely no good.

Not sure how you can sleep at night after throwing people under the bus like this.

I have a client who has lost her job, her father is dying, and she has been nothing but great in getting documents to me in the midst of everything.
You didn't return calls or email requests for specifics.
We called and asked for help from the executive offices.
We called escalation.
We have been working on this file since JULY.
Now we have to start over.
Thank you for not caring one bit about other people.
And people wonder why short sales take so long.
Thanks to Wells Fargo and their uncaring, unresponsive staff - this is why."

Wells Fargo, you just don't care about your clients and you really don't want to help homeowners. The results speak for themselves.

Wanda, you really need a different line of work. I do hope Wells Fargo helps you choose a different career path by firing you. Unless they truly do want to see more people go into foreclosure. Then I'm sure you will be getting a raise.
