Asheville, NC is on the leading edge of sustainable neighborhood development. Here, 
community-oriented housing and its many benefits, especially for baby boomers interested in aging-in-place, is a primary feature, and the concept of "pocket neighborhood development" attracts many of my clients.Creating a neighborhoods from the beginning sketches to turning a key in a green-built home appeals to me, personally, so I was excited to discover that
Ross Chapin will be speaking and sharing his expertise on pocket neighborhoods here in Asheville next week.
