That is a real STEAL for that property, Toni! I bet it will be under contract soon!!!
Dang, I want to run down to Florida and buy two of these! In my area prices range upwards of $100 per square foot, so do the math. What you can get in the Raleigh area for that price would be pretty humble. Definitely no pool.
Toni, this looks like a very nice home (with a pool, even!) for only $89,000...hope it sells soon with this price reduction! :)

Wow! Hop insurance covered the soil movement repair. Nothing like spending the cost of the house in repairs. Hope you can get it sold. With a pool, $89,900 seems like a great steal.
