Lenders are calling to announce 5.0% fixed rate loans.

4.5% of refinance.

If you are on the fence, it's time to jump off!

Indeed, this is great news for the real estate market, better yet a perfect time for a homebuyer to act, while home prices are still low. Its all good. Lance

Rates have come up slightly, but it is still a good time to buy.

Yes, Gita - They are a bit higher, but it's still a great rate!
