Last night, I was with a friend in the Joe's Crab Shack restaurant here in Utah.  We ordered drinks, and dinner.  Before our food arrived, the server came out and placed newspapers in front of us as place mats!  This is awesome, and while a very small thing, a definite step in the right direction!  Instead of wasting more paper by using new place mats, then throwing them away, this re-uses a paper that is easily recyclable afterward.  I did a little more checking, and it turns out, Joe's is also involved in helping out the communities they serve by helping groups with fund raisers.  Read more on this at http://www.joescrabshack.com/
