It is 4:43 Central Texas time and I have been working in the office all day. 

Since it was so gloomy and cold and dreary outside today was a great day to make sure all my listings were posted on all of the websites:  US Free Ads, Point 2, Hotpads, Flipit, Kijiji, Craigslist, PropertyNut, Zooven, Backpage, dreamhouse, Active Rain, and the three multiple listing services that I belong to. 

I have done all my work and now I am surfing the blogs, catching up on some techy hints,  giggling a little hear and there but in all reality......I am just plumb toasted with real estate today!  

The phone may not ring again between now and when I leave in another hour or so, and the chances of someone pulling in to find out about local real estate does get slimmer as the sun sinks in the west but I will just wait it out and goof around a little bit more. 

You never know who might walk in or call....Brad and Angelina, or Sean Penn (rumor has it they are doing a movie soon here) or Julia Roberts ( just finished a move in Bastrop). 

It would suck if I left and missed a buyer or seller!   So goofing around on the lighter side of Active Rain for another hour will keep me in my chair and happy!

Is anyone else out there goofing off?
