Early Voting, Jacksonville Beach, FL

By

I planned to early vote today, primarily due to the very lengthy ballot we have, with the constitutional amendments. I marked my choices on my sample ballot, and reviewed the bios available to me on the sample ballot to make an informed decision. I reviewed the constitutional amendments (with the help of voter guide courtesy of my local paper) and researched the Supreme Court Justices up for merit retention.

Regardless of how you vote, or who you vote for, remember that your vote does count, and get out and VOTE! Early voting here in Jacksonville, FL runs through tomorrow with most early voting places open from 7am - 7pm.

Carol,

What a fantastic blog post.  I agree with the, "Regardless of how you vote, or who you vote for, remember that your vote does count, and get out and VOTE! "  I voted yesterday with my 18 year old.  Her first time!

Hi Carol.  I hear that Florida has the longest ballot in the country.  Yikes!

All of us need to be working to get out the vote.  In many areas, some advance study is needed on the many ballot issues.

Have an outstanding weekend.  Enjoy the colors of the season with your camera in hand.

Great message, Carol. Voting is a privilege not enjoyed by everyone, and many have died to get that privilege.
