Living in the Past Was Cheaper
Lou Ludwing makes a great point how living in the past was cheaper. It was and today things are shrinking. However, not the exceptional service of Realtors. If you were going to the hospital, you would call a doctor. If you needed insurance, you would call an insurance agent. Buying a home is perhaps one of the largest purchases you will ever make in your lifetime. Read Lou's post; then call a Realtor.
