How lucky could I be, the Carnival of Real Estate Investing has arrived at Saide's Take on Delaware, Ohio and it's lucky number seven!

THE WINNER

T.J. Etherton's "Finding the Top Secret Flipping Formula" which was posted on The Cashflow Crunchers. While there were a lot of great entries, I kept coming back to T.J.'s analysis and explanation of his formula for investing in real estate. With "flipping" getting a black-eye from those that don't understand the value of money, it was refreshing to read a conservative and thoughtful analysis of the subject.
