What is the North Kingstown Real Estate Market Doing? The town of North Kingstown is located in the southern part of the state of Rhode Island. With waterfront RI real estate on Narragansett Bay, the North Kingstown real estate market is a desirable area for homeowners. What is the North Kingstown Real Estate Market Doing?

Average Home Sale Price in October 2012 was $301,205, homes sold for 94% of average list price and were on the real estate market for 114 days on average.

There were 170 North Kingstown homes for sale in October 2012 which is a 10% decrease in home inventory over September.

Yet, it is interesting how strong the North Kingstown real estate market is for homes under $300,000. In fact, home sales in North Kingstown increased by 19% last month and pending home sales remained constant with 39 homes awaiting closing.

Hi Ginny,

After looking at a few reports that are coming in, your are is about the norm the way of prices. The asking price is being met at about 94%-98% of asking prices. Most homes are now only on the market for about 90 days. Your market is a little behind when it comes to days on the market. But only a couple days off the national average.
