What is the deal with the short inventory?

Well for one thing, is becoming increasingly difficult to get an offer accepted on a property, and that can be very frustrating.

If you're looking for a house in South Temecula, you want to make a strong impression and a strong offer, there are some ways to do this.

  •  Don't be cheap
  • don't ask yourselves the sellers to pay for everything and the kitchen sink
  •  if lowballing is your game, forget about it
  •  make sure your agent understands what a strong offer is
  •  call Terkel Sorensen or go to livinginTemecula.com
In Reality - it is fairly simple. You want a good agent, and someone who knows how the bidding works.
My last clients is under contract on her first offer. Jump over and drop me a line - tell me what you need and how soon you want to move, and I will help you get there.

Terkel, great advice when the market is definitely a seller's market.    Do the buyers want the house --- be strong with the offer!
