Home Staging Dilemma:
The property has at least 3 bedrooms, and is likely to appeal to families with childrens. But what to do to ensure that staging kids' rooms does not turn away potential buyers WITHOUT kids?
Solution:
Stage the bedrooms with style that appeals to children, but can also pass for a guest room instead. Give each bedroom its own unique style, with design leanings towards the feminine and the masculine. This way, you cover all of your bases!

Above are 2 examples from a 4 bedroom home I recently staged. LEFT: This bedroom has a soft, feminine color palette of pale lavender walls, soft and silky textures, and floral accents that suggest a spring garden. RIGHT: The second room is a bit more bold and rustic, with accents of barn red, seagrass and an antique model airplane. These simple touches will have buyers' kids claiming the rooms as their own, and No-Kids buyers impressed with all that extra guest space.
