exas Seller’s Market: Texas housing market report
Good evening all,
I received an email today with the latest information from the Texas Association of Realtors. Here in Texas, Texas A&M University has a Real Estate Center that provides a wealth of knowledge and conducts extensive research into the Texas real estate market. This information is available to the public.
This video shows the Texas Association of Realtors president speaking about the real estate center's compilation from the third quarter of the Texas real estate market. We are moving back into a seller’s market. Stats are provided from the major metropolitan areas. Here in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex we have had a 16.28% increase in home sales over last year with a 9% jump in price. There is currently 4.2 months of supply of homes for sale on the Dallas Fort Worth real estate market at this time.
**This means that there are not enough homes for buyers that are looking the Dallas Fort Worth area, particularly the highly desired Mid-Cities areas.
Buyers and sellers who are sitting on the fence about moving should seriously consider if now is the time to sell and buy. Please contact me if you are looking to make a real estate move and purchase or sell your Southlake, Keller, North Richland Hills, Grapevine, Colleyville, HEB or Fort Worth home. I care about you and your goals.
I can provide you with a COMPLIMENTARY, NO OBLIGATION MARKET ANALYSIS so that you know what your Dallas Fort Worth home might sell for should we put it on the market. I can provide you buyers with a PERSONALIZED DALLAS FORT WORTH MLS SEARCH. View properties that only match what you want to see, leave comments, view virtual tours, ask me questions and delete homes that we’ve seen that you no longer are interested in. I want to provide you with a truly personal approach to helping you with your home search.
I hope that you all have a wonderful evening and please contact me at the information below or with the links provided above for more assistance!
Take care,
Amy Steele
