yes, a healthy work ethic, but a bad sleep ethic, if that's a term? i do want it tattooed to my body, so that I can look at it every day, without exception. The 3 most important areas to focus on, as far as I am concerned, to be successful in real estate are the Listings, the Leads, & Leverage. This all comes from the MREA, by Gary Keller, Jay Papasan, & Dave Jenks. Are you familiar with this? If not, click this. Anways, this is the foundational model to being a millionaire. Maybe you already are a millionaire. I'm not, yet. You start by "Thinking" a million. Visualize it. Create the right mindset. Then, you "Earn" a million. But, earning a million isn't really going to take me where I want to go, so I'm going to have to "Net" a million & eventually "Receive" that million. It's really just that simple. Start by reading the Red Book! Then, let me know what you think. I AM interested!
Hi Corey, love your passion! MREA is a good book, which I keep out on my desk for a reminder. Visualization was touted at Jack Canfield's Success Principles seminar that I attended several years ago and I'm working on that aspect. I need a bulletin board in front of me to keep my goals in mind... with all the blogging, websites, conventions, etc., it seems I may be developing ADD! Your post has reminded me to focus on what I want, and to take Gary's book on the plane with me tomorrow when I head to the CRS Sellabration convention in HNL.
