The Palm Beach Gardens GreenMarket is sponsoring a holiday food drive throughout November in an effort to supply nonperishable items for a local church’s outreach program.
On Nov. 11, 18 and 25, donors can bring in items for the Cathedral Parish of St. Ignatius Loyola to the GreenMarket on Burns Road and Military Trail, near Oaks East in Palm Beach Gardens. The drop-off location at the GreenMarket is the Recreation & Parks table. Hours are 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
In return for food donations, the city will hand out free shopping bags, while supplies last. The traditional GreenMarket offers locally grown produce, gourmet food, live music and arts and crafts.
