Virtual Tour Program?

Okay, This is something I have discussed with Kelly off and on for about three or four weeks now. We need a really good Virtual Tour Program that is capable of making both Branded and Unbranded Virtual Tours.

We are looking for a Program that will not break us but at the same time produce quality Virtual Tours. Is there such a thing? Please post links to any programs that you currently use and include a testimonial about the program. I am hoping to get several ideas of where to go for this program.

If you know of a Program that is a little expensive but very worth the money, please post those too. I will definitely consider a program that cost a bit if it is very worth the money :)

As always, thanks For any and all responses on this topic!

I use visual tour.com For a monthly fee you can create as many virtual tours as you want.  No fish eye lenses, as much or as little scrolling pictures as you want, It creates a brochure, clients can email it, you can scan floor plans, do voice overs and music.  It's the best!

MoniCa - I think I remember seeing that you're with a RE/MAX office, correct?  If so, then check out what's available for free at the RE/MAX Design Center.  They now offer both branded and non-branded tours and slide shows that you can make into a tour.

Check out Imprev Marketing Solutions. You have access to unlimited virtual tours, slideshow presentations, postcard designs, brochures and more. It's $300 per year  and you must pay for the entire year but if you use it frequently it more than pays for itself.

The link is just to the virtual tours but check their other products, which are included in the yearly fee.

I use Visualtour.com and Imprev. I believe RE/MAX International provides Imprev to the agents for free.

Ann - Yes I am with Re/Max and I have used the Design Desk, I love it but I was interested in knowing what other products or programs are out there :) Thanks for your Input!

Diana - We have Imprev with our Re/Max Membership, I love it but have noticed a few issues with the program, I am wondering if the Paid version is different then the Free version.

Karen - I have heard alot about visual tours, how do you like that? Can you give me some more details about the program?

Real Tour Vision offers the most versatile and professional software i have seen. I spent alot of time researching different solutions before I started Volusia 360 and I continue to keep up to date on different solutions/providers. Keep in mind that virtual tours are different from slideshows and slidetours. I have seen the tours of RTV's competition, including circlepix, ipix and obeo and I still have never found a better solution. If I ever do, I would switch to it, but since I have been with RTV, they have kept one step ahead of the game at every turn.  RTV is hands down the best in the VT industry. They have many more plans in the works for incorporating new technologies. Of course, RTV is going to be on the 'more expensive' side, because you are paying for quality.

Whether you find a provider in your area, or if you prefer to do your tours in-house, if you are looking for a high quality finished product, then go RTV. Here's some links.

Think a 500 sqft home can't possibly come out looking great or isn't worth a full VT? click here

How would you show a 5636 sqft home in which you need navigation to show layout? click here

Need MLS compliant links to the same tour without the need to create 2 separate tours? click here

I personally love RTV and I have three photographers that learned to use the software in no time flat. That doesn't mean that you would need to be a photographer to use the software. I can't lie and say it doesn't help to have experience, but if you are dead-set on DIY then give Jason a call at RTV and I am sure that he would be happy to give you a list of Realtors that use the software in-house that you can contact.

But, if you do decide to use a local provider (I recommend leaving the photography to a professional so that you can concentrate on what you do best:) ) and you are looking for testimonials, then I have plenty on my website.  Just call any of the agents, builders, or RE marketing companies and I am sure they will be happy to answer. There are also other RTV providers here at Active Rain that would be happy to answer any questions you may have. (Feel free to eaves-drop on our RTV group)
