I'm not sure HouseValues was the way to get your listing game going. Sellers do have a need for Realtors especially in this market. Showing how you can connect with more of today's buyers with your use of the internet, including blogging is the key. Do you have a website that is connected to others ie Point2Agent, are you with a large brokerage that has a nationally recognized, etc. Play it up.
