WELL, WE ARE WAITING FOR THE ELECTION TO BE OVER.......

Fence

I have heard this statement over and over of late regarding clients "waiting until the election is over" to make up their minds on a property or to list. Ok, the elections are over! Did it really make a difference for these clients? Time will tell.

The interest rate is still historically low, inventory in our area is dwindling and our job market is great in Texas. No more excuses - now is the time to list or purchase property right now! It really is the right time.

If you are one of those hold-outs, get off of that fence and let's find you that perfect property or get your current property SOLD! I just don't see everything coming to a screeching halt. What I do see is more time searching for a property and less time listening to the news about the election.

Chevaux Group is poised and ready to assist you with all of your real estate needs. Give us a call today and our team of real estate experts will do what we need to do in order to find you the perfect property! We know the market in and around The Woodlands and we love what we do!

Good morning, Paula.... well, if that's the excuse they were using, the time has come!!  nothing happens overnight, and we won't see any change with the same president!!

A very disappointing result, it just goes to show half the country wants to work, and the other half rather freeload.

Do you think Obama being elected gets people off the fence? I would have thought that has kept them on the fence.

Barbara - well said.  I plan on keeping my head down and working as hard as ever.

Winston - yep we will all keep working very hard.

Chuck - funny!  Not sure what people were meaning exactly.  Whatever they were thinking, it is time to move forward.

I saw an article about how the election will affect real estate on LinkedIn. I have not yet read it but can guess.

Excellent points Paula,  now is the time to get off the fence.  Prices are actually rising!

Good morning Paula. I take your point and agree with you. As far as the election is concerned I am a happy camper.

Yes, let's hope people take more actions now.  It does make you wonder though...some people are just looking for an excuse and that one was an easy one to give. I wonder what the new excuse will be.

The election has much less to do with home ownership than the very tangible and direct benefit of buying when rates are so low. Great post!
