The election is now over. I am all about the right/priviledge to vote and exercising that right. What I am opposed to is the never ending mudslinging, commercials, phone calls, etc. that go along with it. Good riddance to those things! The amount of money spent for all that campaigning could obviously be more well spent elsewhere.
That truly is a waste.
Well, thankfully, it is over. At least for now.
Now we can finally get back to work and concentrate on our business.
Go to facebook as there is at least a day or two of hangover and the highs and lows depending on who your routing for.
I agree with you all the way. I don't normally watch network TV, so I didn't see most of the television ads, but I got more high gloss political junk mail than I did bills in my mailbox. Yes...it a giant waste.

I too am glad the process over. I believe however that Americans made a VERY bad choice for America. But, we'll see. It's sad to see America becoming something we don't recognize and the speed that its happened.

David, think of all that could have been done with the billions of dollars spent in this campaign. I guess it did provide jobs for the people around the campaign, but we certainly do not miss the mudslinging.
