Boynton Beach FL Real Estate Market Report - October 2012

The Boynton Beach Real Estate Market continues to show that when homes are priced right, they sell. Overall, the total number of closed sales in Boynton Beach was up this month over last; however, prices across the board in both single family homes as well as attached housing were down. In my opinion, this is contrary to the low inventory in neighboring cities which continues to remain tight. This is a new phenomenon we have not seen in quite some time and is driving prices up. Let's see what happens next month.

As of October 31, 2012 there were 921 Active Listings for sale in Boynton Beach. There were 585 properties that were Contingent, meaning they were waiting for a contingency in their contracts to be met, and 347 properties that were Pending Sale waiting to close.
