I am currently doing a tiral with Ixact Contact and REthink. It looks to me like the Ixact Contact format is more "marketing focused" thank REthink. Would you agree with that? I've found it a little harder to figure out what I want to do than I expected I would. (maybe it's just me) I was trying to figure out how to capture information on a showing, but really never got it to work. But at any rate, there are many things about it that i really like.
