According to Freddie Mac, the 30 year fixed rate mortgage is currently at 4 year lows!  This should certainly help those buyers who are "on the fence."  It is also a great time to refinance out of those ARM's or just lock in a super low rate.  Please let me know if I can help anyone out there.  We are located in the heart of Tennessee and service Nashville and the surrounding areas, as well as 15 other states.
