You Are Right

"You are right!" Like a smile nothing you can say warms my hart as quickly as when you point out the obvious, I get a warm glow. When you sincerely recognize my brilliance, it thrills me! When you accept my position, my point of view, it feeds my ego!

I am arrogant, most of us are. I never meant a good salesman that wasn’t. I have superior knowledge, I’ve worked hard to get it. There’s nothing wrong with being egotistical, when you’re right. We’re talking about my opinions and I am the world’s greatest expert on the opinions of William J Archambault Jr!

"You are right!" That simple statement profoundly affects people. Every thing I said could be said about you or your clients!

Substitute your name and you’ll find you are either the world’s greatest expert on your opinions or second only to your spouse.

"You are right!" What’s the point? It’s is simple "You are right!" is a powerful sales tool! "You are right!" Works like a smile and you don’t have to be seen.

Facts are facts! One plus one only equals three in "progressive schools" and sex. I’m not suggesting ignoring facts.

Most conversations and comments are about opinions. Everyone is always right about their opinion. Opinions may change, but they are what they are, they are always right when stated.

There is a down side to saying "You are right!" Like a smile, "You are right!" must be sincere!

"You are right!" ends needless and/or unwinnable debates. I’ve recently seen on the Bad Example Real Estate Network, BEREN: A potential buyer says "It’s only 1,800 square feet." The agent goes on to argue about it’s all you can afford, it will work. How stupid, her argument creates a negative attitude before they’ve opened the front door. "You are right!" is both true and a much better approach, make/let the client feel good and go on with the showing.

It’s not necessary to demonstrate your superiority by showing a lack of empathy, by creating debate. Like a freely given smile "You are right!" cost nothing and makes people feel good. "You are right!" makes friends and sales!

You're right and when you're right, you're right. Am I wrong or am I right or am I right? Alright already, good night.

Bob, you're right!

Or am I wrong? Maybe it's Bonnie that's right.

It's not necessary for some one to be wrong.

Sleep tight.

Thank you, George.

Accrually I may have blown this post. My point, using three little words have the same effect as a smile.
