I am holding an Open House today at my listing at 264 Shady Hollow Lane in Garner. The home is in the Village at Aversboro community a 55 plus neighborhood of about 147 ranch style homes. I am typing this on my iPad and apperently I cannot add pictures this way, so just come on over and see this great home for sale in Garner, North Carolina....Home of American Idol Scotty McCreery.

OK I found out how to add pictures, silly me all I had to do was ask!
