Anytime we are asked to write for 30 days in a row, there is often a sense of panic in figuring out what we are going to write about.  The 31 Days of May Challenge was my first foray into writing like that, and what I loved about it was that it established a pattern for me of writing.

Even though it has been on my list of Things To Do, in the six months that I have been here, I just haven't caught the Localism bug.  So I am psyched about the upcoming 30 Day Localism Challenge, especially since it will establish a pattern of what to look for locally to write about.

To encourage you to participate, I have put together a list of suggestions for blogging ideas that I hope will spur you on to greatness in the month of September.  Several of them can produce multiple posts (e.g. Tourist Attractions).  If you can't find something here to write about, you might consider that blogging is not your forte.  Please feel free to insert other ideas in the comment section and I will add them to the list.  You might also find additional inspiration with these 100 Blogging Ideas

Thank you so much for the reblog!  Especially with the current 30 day blogging challenge that needs a localism post each week, this was timely.  I hadn't seen this in a while . . . think I'll start writing again :) :)  Thanks!

Our landscapers are back with the heavy equipment they used to remove a tree from our back yard. A new tree is to be planted this afternoon.
