Prepare my Val Vista Lakes Home for Sale with Professional Description
In my previous blog posts I've discussed how to sell your Val Vista Lakes home faster and for top dollar by Decluttering,

Writing ad description copy is a learned skill, and there are very few Realtors who have that skill. One only has to read a few MLS descriptions and it becomes obvious. This is not a knock on my fellow Realtors; it is a fact. While I know what should be in a good description, I am also a Realtor that doesn't have the skill that a professional copy writer has.
What I do have is the desire to market my Val Vista Lakes homes for sale in a highly professional manner, so I utilize the services of a professional copy writer now.
Here is an example of my Val Vista Lakes home for sale listing that I placed on the market and we had 4 offers in 2 days. We gave it 5 days before accepting, so as to get the best offer possible. The home was sold for above list price. It's in AWC status right now, which means we're under contract but I'm still marketing for backup offers in case this offer falls through.
I never stop marketing until escrow has closed and my seller has received payment for their Val Vista Lakes home.

Note that on the MLS we are limited to 800 Characters (including spaces), and we cannot have p
aragraphs. Consequently I use the --- dashes to break up the sentences.
The home had been a rental for a number of years and needed some TLC. The owner followed my recommendations in updating, painting, and yard work, like I have written about in my previous articles. By doing this he was able to sell the home within 2 days and net more money than he would have if he had sold it without doing the work and having professional photographs and descriptions.
