Jacksonville Beach Mayoral Race Recount

The Jacksonville Beach Mayoral Race between Charlie Latham and Penny Christian continues - seems the difference between the two is 49 votes, which is 1/2 of 1%, and automatically triggers a recount.

The recount is being conducted this afternoon at the election center, at 5200-2 Norwood Avenue (not close to the beach), and is open to the public.
