It seems like months of media reporting that the Housing Industry does not affect the Economy. Let's see, Realtors, Lenders, Builders, Plumbers, HVAC, Carpenters, Carpet Companies... I could go on, but we all know that Housing does affect the economy.

Helping Dreams Come True, watching First Time HomeBuyers drive up to their First Home after closing, helping a Relocation Family not only find a home in a strange city, but to connect to a community as well. And how about Baby Boomers downsizing from a 5 bedroom Cobb County home to a 3 bedroom place on Lake Lanier.... that is the MarketPlace most of signed up for.

Why not allow a Tax Incentive to Home Buyers and Sellers? If the Federal Government is prepared to take action to help our country, which is terrific news, why not focus a bit more? Once upon a time, we were allowed a deduction for interest paid on our credit cards...so, what idea's can we as a group, come up with to present to our local, state and federal government to promote activity and growth in the Housing Industry?
