With the help of Mary McKnight and Dave Keys we have duplicated the short sale niche website in other markets besides our market here in Wellington Florida. 

Many agents and brokers call us to find out how our sites are on top of the search engines and ask us about our short sale sites. Many of you are now in the position to start listing short sales. Here in our area that time was between 2007 and 2010. It is not as robust here with short sales as it was after the bust but things usually happen in Florida first. But that is going to be changing again sooner than later.

There are many areas of the country that have not gone through the phase all the way or are just now getting on board with short sales. You need to be front and center on Google  when that homeowner is looking for a listing agent who cares about what is happening to him and his home.
