In reviewing MLS listings of open houses in Central Florida over the weekend, I was appalled with the photos I was viewing.  The price of the home did not matter.  Whether they were $150,000 or over $3,000,000, presentation on the web did not reveal the home’s greatest features. I was able to identify something about every single home that lacked something or had too much of something else.  As a real estate agent, you partner with title companies, inspectors, mortgage companies, etc.  Why not partner with a professional home stager to complete your circle of affiliates?  The web is often the very first place a consumer looks to find a potential home to buy – make it the best presentation possible!

Wallpaper is either liked or not.  It’s best to remove it and that way you appeal to more potential home buyers.  Not everyone has the same taste and likes and dislikes, so it’s best to have it removed.  This also includes wall border.  The picture below is an interior designers dream and would show how you live, not how you prepare a home for sale in Central Florida.
